Let’s chat to discuss the property, your requirements and proposed timeline. A site visit is scheduled.
Site Visit
Tour the property to scope furniture requirements and any improvements required to the condition of the house to ready for sale.
Contract
Quote and contract agreed to cover delivery/removal, rental duration and project management of any property improvements.
Market-Ready
The Itoteki team oversees improvements and installs furniture and artwork to appeal to potential buyers, liaising with listing agents to ensure the property is ready to go to market.
Removal
At the end of the contract, all furniture and artwork are removed.
