OUR PROCESS

Getting Started: a conversation to discuss the property, your requirements and proposed timeline.  A site visit is scheduled.

Site Visit: An on-site meeting to tour the property. Furniture requirements and any improvements required to the condition of the house to ready for sale, are discussed and agreed.

Quotation: A detailed quotation is provided, covering pricing for delivery/removal, rental duration and the project management of any residual improvements deemed necessary.

Market Ready: The ITOTEKI  team oversees household improvements as necessary and then installs all furniture and artwork, liaising with listing agents to ensure the property is ready to go to market. 

Removal: At the end of the contract, all furniture and artwork are removed.
